On March 10, 2010, St. George’s Congregational Care Commission inaugurated a new seventy-member pastoral care initiative called the One Body Response Team. This brought new strength to pastoral care by getting more people involved outside a geographical focus.

The origins of Rosebud missions goes back to Feb, 1997 when Jan Saylor, Outreach and Youth, proposed a trip to repair homes. Trip cost was $700 with each participant paying $350. Our organ, much of which dates back to 1876 must be replaced. Today our organ has sets of pipes and two consoles. It would cost more to renovate the existing organ thatn replace it. ..The current chancel configuration will not accommodate a growing music program
In the process of the Renovation, Earl Baughman, our Clerk of the Works, was able to document several layers in the ceiling and found a design painted onto the original ceiling that supplemented our knowledge of the original construction and modifications over time.
